Cancellations/Missed Appointments and Deposits

 

At Studio & Co.  we realize things don’t always go as planned.  There are circumstances that are beyond your control and you may need to reschedule your appointment.  We kindly request that if at all possible you give us 24 hour notice.  Changes to your appointments within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your service fee.  Missed appointments and failure to show up at your appointment time will be subject to the full amount of the service fee. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOU APPOINTMENT IT IS CONSIDERED A MISSED APPOINTMENT.

Our stylists schedules assure that we have the appropriate time set aside to accommodate each clients needs.  If you are more than 10-15 min late for an appointment,  we may need to reschedule you.

A 50% deposit may be required for various services that are 2 hours or more or accommodate large parties, (i.e. keratin treatments, balayage, color correction,  and bridal parties)   This deposit is used towards your service on the day of your appointment.  Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice forfeit the deposit.  

On-location bridal parties are booked with individual stylist.

Stylist prices are base prices.  The total price of your service may vary depending on the service(s) you receive, the length and condition of your hair and the time involved in the process.  Your stylist will be able to inform you of the cost prior to beginning your service.

Consultations are recommended for most chemical services.  This is a great opportunity for the stylist to assess the condition of your hair and how that would affect the outcome of your services.  

Service - We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify a salon coordinator within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service.  Adjustments are made available to you at no cost with-in two weeks of the initial service.  Any corrective service performed after two weeks will be charged fill price.

Salon Products - If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer an exchange or issue a gift card that you can use towards a future PRODUCT purchase . All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. Also note that we are unable to offer refund, replacement or exchange on any opened or used goods.

We reserve the right to require a reservation with a credit card.
We request at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations.
If less than 24 hour notice is given, the guest will be charged 50% of the total service price.
If guest cancels within the hour of the appointment time or does not show up for the scheduled appointment, 100% of the service price will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
